There are great bargains to be had, especially with the fall in numbers last year. Tour operators have to fill the vacancies so make sure you scour the internet for deals. The more flexible you are with your dates of travel, the better.

Another piece of advice we can give is not to overspend on the ski gear. You can always ask around your friends and family to see if they have any ski items you could borrow for you trip, saving you a packet on something you may only use a few times.
