This weekend I’m visiting the Lake District – not to climb a mountain myself but to support my cousin who is taking part in the ‘Bob Graham Challenge’

This was a record set in the 1930′s by a man called Bob Graham who covered 72 miles, 42 peaks all within 24 hours.  My cousin Paul has challenged himself to complete this and so my family and I are going to be there to support him with lots of words of encouragement but also providing food and drink etc.

I wish him all the luck in the world and after all the training I  believe he’s put into this, I’m confident he will succeed – Good luck Paul – I’ll run with you in the last few miles!!
